Steps
- Open the file only from your browser's download list.
- When Android prompts, allow installs for that one app only.
- Review requested permissions on the install screen.
- Install, then open the app and deny unnecessary permission prompts.
- Return to Settings and disable the unknown-source permission.

Treat the warning as meaningful. Do not turn off Play Protect to continue.
